- Personal or institutional credit cards (by phone only at 801-875-9178--no online ordering available) NOTE: AS OF MARCH 27, 2025, NO CREDIT CARD ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL AFTER THE SALE OF BRL2 PUBLISHING IS COMPLETE (early April)
